Refunds and Returns

At Memorable Moments, we are committed to ensuring that you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Process for Refunds:

• Contact us via email at support@memorablemoments.co.nz with your order number and a clear description or photo of the issue.
• Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund Exceptions:

• We do not offer refunds for items on sale unless they are defective or damaged.
• Products that have been used or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for refunds.

2. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original, unused condition.
• Packaging must remain intact and undamaged.

Return Process:

1. Email support@memorablemoments.co.nz with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once your return is approved, you will be given instructions for sending the product back.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized items.
• Perishable or consumable goods.
• Gift cards.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, email us at support@memorablemoments.co.nz within 7 days of receipt.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

If your return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping.
